Classes declaration

Before you can book a class with us, you must read the following health declaration and click below to agree to these statements and follow the revised admission policy and regulations.

I understand that:

• I must not enter any sports facility building if I have tested positive for Covid and can not enter the sports facilities until I have tested negative for 2 days after the advised isolation period
• If I don't adhere to the above mandated requirements and expectations, the University reserves the right to deny access to or remove from campus facilities
• If I have paid for my booking, I know that this is non-refundable
• If I have paid for my booking, it can only be transferred with a valid reason and if requested 24 hours prior to the session start time
• If I have a membership I will be charged £3 if I do not cancel my place 2 hours prior to the session start time
• If I have a membership I will be charged £3 if I do not show up to my booked session
