Visitor Parking

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is in place across campus.  It is important that any vehicle entering campus is registered and parks in a designated parking bay.

Members of the community regularly using a sports facility with a Loughborough Sport Membership, block booking, or as part of the swim school are permitted 2 hours of parking free of charge.

Non-members making one off bookings are not eligible for this benefit and must register on the parking portal and pay the visitors tariff.

What you need to know:

  • visitors can pre-register prior to arrival or pay for parking on site via the APCOA Connect app or website (see details below)
  • visitors can also pay via cashless machines or over the phone (01895 262 122)
  • Mon-Fri - charges range from £1 for 2 hours to £4 for the full day; £1 from 6PM to 8AM
  • Sat / Sun - £1 for up to 24 hours
If meet the above eligbility criteria:
  • input registration details onto a tablet at the reception desk of one of the following 6 sites:
  1. Performance Centre (incl. Powerbase & Physiotherapy Clinic)
  2. Holywell Fitness Centre
  3. Swimming Pool
  4. Athletics Centre
  5. Cricket Centre
  6. Tennis & Squash Centre
  • this can be done at any point during your visit
  • note, this must be done on every visit
  • your visit includes a grace period on top of the 2 hours, allowing you to find a parking bay upon entry and to exit campus once finished
  • however, check your account on APCOA Connect to ensure you pay any charge incurred for staying beyond 2 hours (this must be done within 2 
  • a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) will be issued if parked outside a designated bay and / or have failed to register or pay an outstanding charge
